Our City Analysis Report:
- shows the total amount of sales within zip codes and/or cities for a
given month, and compares those amounts to numbers for the same month in
the previous year.
- shows the median sales prices for a given month, and compares those
prices to the median price the same month in the previous year.
- shows the YTD sales and median prices, and again compares these prices to numbers from the previous year.
